On the heels of sell outs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Janet Jackson continues her Rock Witchu tour accompanied by LL Cool J (photo courtesy of Live Nation who sponsors the Rock Witchu tour) who joined the tour with tremendous support from fans in Los Angeles. LL Cool J will accompany Ms. Jackson for the remainder of the Rock Witchu Tour. We have tickets for all remaining dates.

Metallica kicks of their north american tour supporting their latest album titled Death Magnetic. The 32 date tour will get underway November 21st at Jobing Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The Phone Events mobile tickets service went live on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. This makes Phone Events the first to offer true mobile ticket services in north america.

Using Phone Events mobile tickets you can find and buy hard to find tickets for concerts, sporting events, theater, and other types of events in your city. You can also hook up your friends with ticket information by simply using the Phone Events share on network function.

It’s quick and easy to find tickets to your favorite teams, bands, and more. Remember, you can also access and buy tickets using your computer at PhoneEvents.com.

Vanessa Hudgens and Corbin Bleu of High School Musical are part of this weeks’ highlighted tickets on sale. They’re performing at Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico together. Alanis Morissette has more than 10 concert dates including Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, and Las Vegas on sale. Finally, tickets for the 2008 NFL season are for sale. This week includes the Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, and the San Francisco 49ers.

Tickets to see Janet Jackson’s upcoming tour at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT are part of the highlighted tickets onsale this week at phoneevents.com. The Smashing Pumpkins have dates in Davenport, IA and Louisville, KY available as well. Rock icons The Who have tickets for performances at the Mohegan Sun Arena and the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles onsale to round out a great week which also features 3 Doors Down, Alice Cooper, Chris Isaak, Elton John, Fergie, Hanson, Nas, Opeth, Beck, and Jessica Simpson.

Rascal Flatts has mobile tickets on sale by phone this week for a concert at the CenturyTel Center in Bossier City, Louisiana. Also on sale this week are mobile tickets for Sugarland who will be performing at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino Event Center in Verona, New York. Kelly Clarkson also has mobile tickets on sale by phone for a performance at the Reno Events Center. More dates are also added for Jordin Sparks & Jesse McCartney, Marc Anthony, and 3 Doors Down.

The Who will be touring the United States this fall opening October 21st at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, Michigan. The 10 date tour will wrap up on November 9th at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Phone Events will have tickets, even if the shows sell out. Tickets go on sale this week for concerts featuring American Idol alums Carrie Underwood and Jordin Sparks. Carrie Underwood has tickets for sale for shows in Houston and Austin Texas, as well as Champaign Illinois. Jordin Sparks is touring with Jesse McCartney, and has tickets on sale for concerts in Los Angeles, Denver, San Diego, Salt Lake City, and Sacramento.

When we release the Phone Events mobile tickets service in the next few days you will be able to add your favorite artists to your favorites as part of your profile. This will give you complete concert tour dates as well as all available tickets, even for shows which are sold out. You will also get special ticket promotions and offers directly to your phone. As a reminder, Phone Events does not use text message spam, so you won’t have any charges for our services except if you purchase tickets.

Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet Tour is nearly sold out according to tour promoter Live Nation. Madonna is cashing in to the tune of $250 million dollars! That figure isn’t final as there are some tickets to a few shows in Chicago, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Denver, Oakland, Atlanta, and Atlantic City. It is a good estimate given Live Nation is the source.

What’s significant for Phone Events is that our mobile tickets service will be live BEFORE Madonna kicks off the Sticky & Sweet Tour on August 23rd in Cardiff, Wales. We will feature primary tickets as well as tickets for resale offered by fans and ticket brokers. Phone Events will have tickets available for Madonna’s Sticky & Sweet Tour after it completely sales out. Get the word out!

Tickets to Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet Tour are hot with sell outs in Paris, London, New York, Boston, and Chicago already recorded. The tour kicks off August 23rd in Cardiff, Wales and is promoting her latest album “Hard Candy”. Tickets are on sale for $55 to $350 dollars at Live Nation.

“Hard Candy” debuted at #1 this month with the release of “4 Minutes” which was co-written and co-produced by Madonna, Timbaland, and Justin Timberlake.
